The IISD is an independent think tank promoting sustainable solutions globally. Their mission is to promote human development and environmental sustainability. Through research, analysis and knowledge sharing, IISD identifies and champions sustainable solutions to environmental issues.

Manitoba Environmental Industries Association

MEIA works to advance environmental and clean technology opportunities in Manitoba through networking, education and support. In 2019 MEIA was approved under Manitoba’s Sector Council Program and now has a broader mandate to develop and deliver workforce training and support to Manitoba’s natural resources, energy and environment industries.

Prairies Climate Centre

Based in Winnipeg, the Prairies Climate Centre offers climate data and tools to help communities and policymakers in the Prairie provinces adapt to climate change. Its Climate Atlas of Canada provides accessible information to support informed decision-making and promote regional resilience.
